The Staff Team

Our highly motivated staff teams have been carefully selected to ensure your child receives the highest quality of care and education. We all share a love of working with children and regularly attend new training courses to ensure we are constantly bringing fresh ideas to the nursery. We believe that personal, professional training and development is essential for good practice and offer a wealth of training opportunities.

We have over 80 employees.  In each of our nurseries, the qualifications of our team members includes the following:

• NVQ Level: 2, 3, 4, 5 in Childcare Education

(We aim for at least 90% of our staff team to be qualified to Level 3 and above)

• BA ‘Hons’ in Early Years and Childcare, Early Years Management
• Early Years Teachers (EYT)
• Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level: 3, 4, 5

We train all our staff in First Aid, Safeguarding and basic Food and Hygiene as mandatory.
