- A SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) leads our inclusive practice and ensures staff are trained and confident in supporting a wide range of needs.
- We work with outside professionals (such as speech and language therapists, health visitors, and educational psychologists) when needed, ensuring children receive the right support at the right time.
- We create Individual Support Plans where necessary, with clear targets and regular reviews to track progress.
Accessible Learning
- Our curriculum approach is flexible and adapted so every child can take part.
