Welcome to our nursery in Adel. Our purpose-built, single-story nursery with a sizeable outdoor area is designed to cater for young children’s needs with features that actively encourage child development. Because we believe children learn best through play, all resources are freely available at child height, encouraging independent play and self-choice.

Meet Samantha Neal, the manager at Daisy Chain Childcare in Adel
I joined Daisy Chain in 2008 after completing my Level 3 Childcare Qualification at college. It was my first role in childcare, starting as a casual member of staff—but just two weeks later, I was offered a permanent position. Since then, I’ve progressed through various roles, including Room Leader and Deputy Manager, and I’ve proudly been the Adel Nursery Manager since 2024. Over the years, I’ve worked in every room across the nursery, gaining valuable experience with all age groups and deepening my understanding of early years development. I’m also a parent, and my child attends the Adel Nursery—he absolutely loves exploring and engaging in the fantastic activities our amazing team provides every day!
